Design and delivery of instructional skills building workshops for higher education teaching staff.
Objetivos
- Share information and best practices related to the professional development of university professors in Canada and Pakistan.
- Improve the capacity of university teachers in Pakistan to develop curriculum, course content, and syllabi; and employ innovative and effective teaching techniques and tools.
- Develop fair and transparent assessment policies and procedures.
- Identify good governance practices to promote quality teaching.
- Strengthen mutual understanding of academic freedom and the professional rights and responsibilities of university professors.
