Train the Trainers (Suriname)

This is a train the trainers project. The trainers have experience as shop stewards and will learn now to train other shop stewards on trade union issues, so that they can provide basic information and support for their colleagues.

Objectivos

The objective is to have enough qualified trainers to implement the union training plans for the coming years.

Atividades

  • Skills training ( communication skills, trainers skills)
  • Knowledge training (on legislation, pensions, education financing, curricula, innovation)

Resultados

Enough trainers with different specialisations, plus the necessary conditions for them to do their work (such as trade union leave).
