Jornadas de formação sindical - Trade union training days

This is a foundational union training programme, focusing on the southern provinces on Angola - Cuando, Cubango, Cunene, Huila and Namibe.

Objectivos

The goal is to form some 70 trainers, who will in turn build the advocacy and communication skills of leaders and grassroot members of the Federation, aiming to develop a common platform to improve thier professional status and working conditions.

Atividades

Online, hybrid and presential training benefitting some 70 participants, for a total of a 100 hours.

Resultados

A pool of trained activists who in turn will develop training programmes using the cascade model in their own region.
